Norscan Instruments is a manufacturer & provider of fiber management systems primarily for the telecommunication and broadband industry. In the 1990's there was a great deal of new fiber being put in place by and for virtually every telecommunications company in North America. This gave Norscan a large and ready market for their fiber management products. Since then, the demand for new fiber has slowed considerably and along with it, the immediate need for their solutions. After contacting Exponential Sales, a complete sales and marketing program was developed and is being implemented. This included identifying and working with dealer channels and resellers who work closely with the telecommunications industry. New marketing materials and programs have also been initiated to develop a market that is well positioned for growth. Northern Heat Pump is a manufacturer of Geothermal Heat Pumps providing one of the key solutions of renewable energy for heating and cooling. As a small Canadian manufacturer their market exposure and penetration was in its infancy. Further, they were not sure where to put their limited resources to develop their markets and opportunities. After contacting Exponential Sales, a complete marketing plan was developed and implemented. This based on up to date research on their markets and opportunities. During the tech boom of the late 90's capital was easy to find and the infrastructure of a Data Center business was built.
